If you would like to be reviewed through Prince George's County Court, the physical ticket must be submitted to our office.ĭOTS real-time video reviews offer current UMD students an alternative to submitting a written request. Return both the citation and your written request by mail or deliver it to the DOTS dropbox outside the DOTS office. Requests for a review through the Prince George's District Court are not available online and must be submitted by mail or in person to the DOTS office. Visitors will need to create a parking profile before completing the online review. You will need your citation number and vehicle license plate information to submit an online review. Request an online review through the parking portal. Customer service support for appeals, including language assistance, is available over the phone during business hours.
